• No Prior Evictions, Bankruptcies, Foreclosures, etc. in past 3 - 5 years
• Clean Criminal Background
• 2 Years Continuous and Related Employment
• Renter's Insurance Required (Prior to Move-In)

5. Sign Lease
6. Pay Security Deposit and/or Non-Refundable Lease Fee & First Month's Rent
7. Provide Proof of "Renter's Insurance"

• Non-Refundable
• Does Not Hold Unit
